A Safe Space for Personal Growth

Are you struggling to make sense of your thoughts and feelings? Finding it difficult to open up about anxious thoughts or feeling angry or depressed. I understand how challenging it can be to seek help. That's why I provide support at your own pace, offering face-to-face, telephone, or online sessions.


I tailor my approach to each client aligning with their personality and needs. Clients appreciate the confidential, warm environment where they can freely express themselves and challenge their thinking. This safe space has empowered many to make positive changes.

I offer support for people from 8 to 80 who are struggling with life changing challenges that manifest themselves in the form of anxiety, panic, stress, a loss of direction, or low self-esteem.
